AEQ supplied 41 MPAC 02 codecs to the Japan Broadcasting Corporation, NHK
In order to provide the necessary fully equipped commentary positions to broadcast the FIBA Basketball World Championship, held in Japan in September of 2006, NHK as the Host Broadcasterof the event, requested AEQ to provide the MPAC-02 as the commentary position for the commentators of the different televisions that attended this event.
AEQ continues its participation in the supply of equipment for big sports events, that begun at the Olympic Games in Seoul 1988 and that has continued uninterruptedly since then.
