French EURADIO trusts in AEQ digital audio mixers 30/06/2021

Euradio is an associative, citizen and independent French radio station that has broadcast in the Nantes region on FM since 2007, on DAB + in Lille, Lyon and Strasbourg since 2018, in Guérande, La Roche-sur-Yon, Le Havre, Nantes, Pornic, Rouen, Saint-Nazaire since 2019, and in Paris, Marseille, Nice, Bordeaux and Toulouse since 2020. Furthermore, its online service is accessible worldwide from www.euradio.fr

To equip its new radio studios, the company's technical management was looking for state-of-the-art digital equipments, but especially robust and easy to operate due the particularities of technicians and talents in many programming bands. The teams finally selected AEQ FORUM-IP console for the main studio and the AEQ CAPITOL-IP console for the secondary studio.

AEQ FORUM IP is a digital audio mixer designed for ONAIR broadcast control. It incorporates all the basic features necessary in this type of environment: automatic monitor cut, cough- cut, faderstart, signalling control, control signals for the automation of external equipment, external communications management, intercommunication, etc.

With its modular design and small size, AEQ FORUM-IP adapts perfectly to different scenarios: self-monitoring, control-locutory, TV production controls, sound production, mixed configurations, integration in big installations, etc.

CAPITOL IP is an 8-channel fixed configuration digital audio mixing console. CAPITOL IP  implementation of IP connectivity is based on a single module with 16 input and 16 output channels, incorporated in its core. One of the main features of the AEQ CAPITOL IP is the large input capacity available: 4 mic/line, 12 analogue, 4 digital stereo AES/EBU (AES3), 2 digital stereo USB, 2 optional telephone lines, and optional digital multi-channel audio links; 16 AoIP channels over two Ethernet connectors or 64 MADI channels input via fibre optics.
