We are constantly trying to improve our relations and image with our existing and potential customers and would like to have your opinion about us. Therefore, we have put together this simple questionaire and are kindly asking you for 5 minutes of you time to complete the survey below.
As a token of gratitude for your participation and collaboration, we are going to enter all replies and data submissions into a ballot for the draw of an iPad Mini. So follow the instructions - you could be the fortunate winner!
This Survey does not contain any compulsory fields. This means that you can stay totally anonymous if you wish. Nor is it necessary to reply to all the questions of the survey.
